Learn English Language in Acton, West London

London: is the world’s favourite cosmopolitan capital city. Language Vision is centrally located in Acton High Street, West London.

Language Vision is a ten minute walk from Acton Town tube station, on the District and Piccadilly lines, so you can go east to Central London in minutes and west towards Heathrow Airport which is just nine stops away. We are ten minutes from Acton Central main line station from where you can travel towards Central London or lovely places like Kew Gardens and Richmond Park. Acton Mainline station is just a 15 minute walk or a short bus ride away from Language Vision and it is where students will soon have access to Crossrail, the super-fast rail link to central London.

Unfortunately, we don’t have storage space in the school for bikes, but there are bike stands just opposite the school. Bikes can also be hired locally and across London for a small fee.

Acton is a bustling, residential part of leafy West London, close to Ealing, which is a great place to eat out or go shopping. We are also close to Shepherd’s Bush, where you can find a multi-cultural mix of markets, shops, live music venues and the large and ever popular Westfield Shopping Centre.

Close to the BBC studios in Shepherds Bush and the famous Ealing Studios where inside scenes from the famous TV show, Downton Abbey were filmed; Acton has had its own share of camera crews filming TV shows such as The Apprentice and Silent Witness.

Acton has a leisure centre which includes a gym, swimming pool and library. The college is just opposite a handy supermarket and close to plenty of local shops and cafes. There are also several parks, churches, a mosque and a Buddhist temple. To find out more, email us, or speak to our reception staff or teachers who would be very happy to help.
